I love how my Alexa is compact; looks great. However, it’s presence in my home has created a unique issue. I keep my Alexa in the kitchen. The central point of my 1 bedroom apartment. I found a couple cockroaches living in this thing a couple weeks ago. My pest control services sprayed and say the bugs should be dead soon; but, since I live in an apartment complex, it’s hard to guarantee they won’t come back. Just something to think about if you fear bugs; they could live in your Alexa instead of staying in the apartment walls. ... show more

I’ve have several versions of this wall mount holder, and while they all work fine, I think this one has the best cable-management room (see my photos). The Echo Dot has a fairly long cord, which is great for most purposes, but if you’re wanting to mount it like this, the long cord can be a hinderance. This totally solves the issue. It’s thick/sturdy. We have an enclosed screened porch and I wanted to be able to have a Dot there but not have to find a table or stand to set it on, so this is perfect.
