Quality of materials and design and construction are fantastic. Things I didn’t like were the painted brand name on the top of the base plate. It’s not huge but it is white on black so I covered it with a sticker. The instructions were lacking clarity in a couple of places. First you get 2 different sets of 4 screws that are used to attach the back plate to the back of the Echo Show 15, in my case. You use the set of four that fit your device best. This was not clear in the instructions. The ones I used were the finger tightening ones and they rubbed my finger raw I almost got a blister because it was a little challenging trying to finger tighten all 4 all the way. And I had to do it over because the instructions didn’t tell you that you need to plug in the power cord into your device before mounting the back plate. Maybe it’s obvious but I thought there might be a gap to run it afterwards but that’s not the case. Other than these minor issues, it works exactly as designed and is very stable and a great size. Sturdy as can be, they keep my device upright and secure without wobbling or tipping over. Plus, the versatility is a game-changer - you can easily switch between portrait and landscape orientations and adjust the tilt to your heart's content. Plus, assembly was a breeze. Must buy. This stand allows to turn my Echo Show 15 in any direction with ease. I use my Echo Show like a personal assistant on my desk. Stand is small enough that it doesn't take up too much space but strong enough to hold in place. Easy to put together.
