This floating shelf solves that problem perfectly. The installation was straightforward. It mounts directly to the wall using the included hardware, and the instructions are clear about finding studs and getting everything level. I installed these shelves with my own Sheetrock anchors since there was no stud where I wanted to hang them and they are super sturdy. The only concern I have is the small plate and 2 screws that holds the shelf onto the wall bracket, it is holding my PS5 fine but there is a bit of bend. Hopefully the small plate holding the shelf doesn’t slide down and fall of with the PS5 weight. 🫣😬 overall I give these a 4 out of 5 stars only because the Vbracket holding the shelf could be more sturdy. ... show more

I have put up many shelves, pictures, etc. in my day and, let me tell you, this was the easiest thing I've ever put up. It comes with all of the screws you'll need and it's so easy to put up the back of the shelf to mark the wall before assembling it. It looks great in her room and seems solid and stable. Great sturdy easy to put together table. There is a chance you may receive a used one like I did. The parts were not all there. But I had spare parts of my own I used. The corners are indeed very sharp. Overall, great for the price. I paid the $118.
