I was very nervous these sheets were going to be microfiber and I was thrilled when they showed up and they were cotton! It was a lot of Googling to try and find the thread count before I ordered, best I could narrow down was between 200-300 count. I washed the sheets as soon as they arrived and they softened up quite a bit. They are a low thread count, but not scratchy, and I think they will soften up with use.
