This thing is super tight. It did not come with any instructions on how to go about training your waist. I think that would have been very helpful. The material is thick and heavy duty, I imagine so that it can really squeeze without tearing. This is extremely difficult to get on. I had to lay flat on the bed, but then I could not easily see the clasps. I managed to get the four lowest ones fastened, and then somehow managed to zip the outer lining up. That alone was very effective! It makes you look super thin and shapely. It comes up very high and pushes my breasts up so that they stick up and out. I’m not sure if I am thrilled with that or not! Really, though, this waist trainer is super flattering. Once this thing is on, it’s surprisingly comfortable, or maybe it’s just that it’s not uncomfortable. I ordered a large as per the size chart, even though I typically wear a small and sometimes a medium. It is still so tight that I wish I had gotten an extra large. For reference, my measurements are: Chest 34C/36B Waist 29” Hips 39” Height 5’2“ Weight 140 pounds Whether or not this really changes your waist remains to be seen. I’m not sure I believe it is even possible to squeeze a part of your body and make it permanently conform.

Shape: It definitely helps shape the waist and creates a more defined silhouette when worn. Great compression around the midsection. Back support: Offers decent back support during workouts or daily wear, but not as strong or structured as others I've seen. Ease of use: The zipper and hook combo makes it fairly easy to put on, but the adjustable shoulder straps can be a little tricky to get just right. Quality: This is where it falls short. The material feels a bit flimsy, and after a few uses, some seams started coming loose. It looks sturdy in pictures, but it didn’t hold up well.

Glad I got an xl because it is still really tight. I can just barely get it on. So size up a size is what I’d say. Cuz I’m not normally an xl I’m a medium or large.

True to size. It does flatten and help shape your stomach area. It offers a lot of back support lt is a little difficult to put on at first. It is super bulky so not easily hidden under clothing. The material to me seemed to be on the heavier side, so I was not comfortable in wearing it for long periods especially with the weather being in the upper 90’s. I do see a change in my mid section for the time I do use it, which is 3 hours before work while working out and 3 hours after work. It is very durable and easy to wash. I’ve had no problems with the clasps or the zipper.

This is well-constructed and of good quality, including the zipper. However, do NOT be tempted to ignore their size chart if it differs from your regular size with regard to waist measurement. I ordinarily wear an XL, but the size chart was 3X. I decided to compromise with a 2X, and that was a mistake on my part. No way can I get it zipped until I lose a few pounds in the middle. It's just not made with any forgiveness, so keep that in mind. So apart from being sure you follow their sizing, it appears to be an excellent product (but probably too hot to wear in the hottest months)

I've ordered 35" waist stretch jeans that fit comfortably, so I wasn't concerned about ordering the 3XL. It doesn't even begin to fit. I have been losing weight though, so I'll try in another 10lbs. I do like the design of this item very much and am looking forward to wearing it, especially since I am expecting loose skin with my weight loss.

This is not for the weak, lol. It is very easy to use, you just put it on, attach the clips to your desired size, then zip up. I like that the clips are hidden by the zipper. It does look great, but right now it is not comfortable, not yet. I have to get use to wearing it everyday, and since I have a hunch back, I have a lot of work. This vest is painful, but it's very effective in repositioning and rebuilding your muscles. The size, IMO, runs very small.
