The band for the waist is not big enough to fit around my waist at all I got it in a size XL and it’s not even. If enough to fit around my dog. The waist trainer itself if pretty good but the band was the reason I got it and it seems like they put it in the wrong box. Very thin compared to other ones I used I recommend getting something rubber, they are more tight than this cloth material.
