  • Great solution when looking for a place to paint furniture
Style: Large
My wife decided were going to refurbish some facebook marketplace furniture for our home. She found some great pieces that were not our color. No problem at all. Just pop this up in the garage and spray away. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. It makes it super easy to set up, spray then put it all away and move on to the next job. ... show more

  • No instructions (correction, yes there are)
Style: Large
Must amend this review. The instructions were found, not a piece of paper but sewed inside the stuff bag. Just unboxed this baby and got it up, but not with some initial mistakes. [That’s because it doesn’t come with any directions, not even a picture of it.]-delete. I’m an experienced camper and have put up multiple style and size tents. Yet without a picture or written instructions, you have to guess does the poles go diagonally across the top from corner to corner as in most dome tents or are they crossing somewhere else, (with one pole anchored to both front pins and the other pole anchored to both back pins crossing more to the sides). Once I went back to check the photo on Amazon, I surmised it was the latter. With that knowledge, it went together easily. It’s bigger than I had anticipated, but better too big than not big enough. The material is quite thin nylon and not ripstop nylon, so it’s more fragile like nylon stockings. Forcing the poles through the sleeves front and back could rip it. You have to make sure the material is not hung up on one of the ferrules that connect the segments of the poles. It’s best to thread the poles through the sleeve, then to their respective anchors and then attached the clips. I’m using it outdoors and I’ve put a tarp under it to decrease the possibility of something poking through the thin nylon. This will fulfill my needs nicely. Disassembling this was very easy, just reverse of putting it up. Unclip all the clips, undo the anchors and pull/push the poles thru the sleeves. Be careful not to get hung up a ferrule. Using more force will rip it. It’s a great product for the price. Putting it back into its respective stuff bags was easy. I could have built a makeshift paint booth but time and materials would cost about the same as this tent. I took one star off because it should of had instructions or just a picture. ... show more

  • Updated review: No instructions??
Style: Large
This is large and works very well for its intended purpose...once you get it set up. There were NO instructions for setting this thing up. Not a diagram. No word maps. Not even a hint. The first time took FOREVER for me to get it together. Maybe if it were a camper, it would have been more intuitive? Anyway, it is simple once you get it up the first time, but that first time was a BEAR for me. Just a few simple drawings or sentences would have made a huge difference. Unnecessary waste of my time trying to figure it out on my own. I would have given 5 stars if not for this complete disregard for the customer's time and effort. Update: one of the two poles that provide the structure came apart (the bungee holding the segments together disconnected completely), rendering the entire system useless without a new pole. It’s probably easier and faster to just buy a whole new booth instead of trying to find a replacement pole with the right specs. This happened after less than 5 uses, but I’m just now getting around to updating my review. It was great while it lasted…it just didn’t last long. Updating the update: I contacted Wagner to find out if I could purchase a new pole support or get instructions about how to get the end cap off to replace the shock cord. I got an email replay the same day letting me know they’ve shipped out a replacement pole…for free…despite this product being long out of its warranty period! How awesome is that?? Bravo to Wagner for fantastic customer service that greatly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again! ... show more

  • Really Great Paint Tent for Small Projects
Style: Small
If you do any small project spray painting, you’ll love this tent. It keeps overspray in check and clean up a breeze. I noticed they have larger tents for larger projects. Worth checking out if they’re as good as this one. But this one works perfect for me. It folds up flat and goes in a small pouch for storage with is a great bonus. ... show more

  • It’s big!
Style: Large
I’m refinishing my kitchen cabinets. The large tent has been wonderful for spraying polyurethane. It was tricky figuring out how to put the tent together by myself until I watched the manufacturer’s video on YouTube so, do that first! The instructions are sewed inside the bag and inadequate IMO. Also, don’t blow a fan inside the tent with the flap up like I did initially. I have a dog so I got hair in my finish. Put the flap down first to keep the hair and dust out. I’m going to blow out the tent and garage before my next round. I’m a 5’3”retired female so, if I can put this together, so can you. I am very happy I purchased this tent booth. I’m sure I’ll get a lot of use out of it. ... show more

  • It does the job handily.
Style: Small
In pursuit of my hobbies, I sometimes have occasion to do some rattle can spray painting. I don't do nearly enough of it to justify buying one of those fancy hobby spray booths. Usually, I just go outside and do my spray painting on old newspapers. Living in New England, there are several months each year during which this is not feasible. Those short, dark, depressing winter days are the times when I need my hobbies the most. Our garage is unheated and so, unsuitable. I built my own spray booth out of corrugated boxes, but it's only marginally satisfactory. It's difficult to see what I am doing. It doesn't fold flat, so when it's not in use, it's an elephant sitting in a corner of my hobby area. One of the things I like about this spray booth is that it folds into a small flat package. More about that later. Amazon, in their desire to be loved is continually making 'suggestions', allegedly based upon my prior purchases. I can't imagine which of my purchases they based this suggestion on, but it looked like a pretty good idea. I chose the small size, which is huge in terms of the projects that I am normally working on. It pops up easily, and the fabric is translucent, allowing enough light to filter through that I can see what is going on. There's a velcro panel in the back wall which will allow the addition of an exhaust fan. The issue of fumes should not be ignored, especially if you are spraying in an enclosed space. So far, I haven't felt the need, but my spray projects are small quick ones. I have to say that folding this thing back up is weird and fiddly. If you lack patience, you will probably find it frustrating. Your only chance is to follow the instructions that are sewn into the cover. So far, I've only used this 3 times, so it may be I will develop the knack with further use. Would I buy this again? I think so. Not having used it for a long term, I can't speak to it's durability. Barring that, it's a good deal. ... show more

  • Decent, not really worth the process.
Style: Large
I'm a little conflicted about this product. It's decent, but not really worth the price in my opinion. First the setup. It's not complicated, there are no instructions...but tools aren't needed and YOU HAVE A CLEAR IMAGE OF WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE. It doesn't take a genius to put it together. After shaking the box around and looking in all the pouches for five minutes and not finding one, I looked at the image for three minutes, and put this thing together in another five to ten minutes. As far as the stickes and and string breaking, yeah, it will break if you treat everything like you're Hercules with no patience instead of just taking your time. So again, not complicated or time consuming to set up. This is flimsy; the wind WILL pick it up and fly it off. They provide little stakes, I assume to stick into the ground, but how many people are putting this on the lawn to use them...even their pictures show this on the driveway. So you'll need some stones to hold it down. The bottom parts of the tent does not provide good protection and easily blows up potentially allowing paint out if spraying. This is NOT water resistant. LIGHT drizzle will find it's way through. You'll say, "genious, don't paint when it's going to rain." I'll say, "genius, of course I made sure of that, and on two occasions there was supposed to be no rain, and there was overnight drizzle that got through and ruined things." You can't trust weather people. Worst of all, this is SMALL! If it was 10-15$ cheaper, or two feet bigfer all around it mah be worth it. Yes the size is listed, but you don't truly realize it until you have an object IN IT, and you have to then maneuver around it to properly paint. At a little over five feet at the tents PEAK, it is extremely confined, especially towards the walls when you are trying to walk around your item to paint and not touch your project. In my case an entrance door. The biggest thing I would paint in this is a nightstand...nothing else. J can't recommend this for all of those reasons. I would say just buy a tent and call it a day. I had to resort to what I didn't want to do and clear out room in my garage and drop cloth it. I'll keep this for small projects, but annoyed at the wasted space to store it now. ... show more
