Was easy to set up and get running. The biggest problem that I encountered is connecting it. I read that if you had a USB 3.0 you didn't need the other cable, but for the stylus to work that's what I had to do. It also said it doesn't have wireless capability, but my computer is seeing a blue tooth connection for it. I don't know how to establish that connection though, so it goes - wait for the kids to help me! Overall I really like the tablet! I initially purchased a Gaomon that worked with PSD the first time I got it connected, but after that the stylus would not work in any art programs. At best, I could select a program from the task bar, and their customer service was pathetic. I reached out to them and got an auto reply that they're out for a week and to try again then. I haven't had to reach out for support on the Wacom, so I can't say how their support is, but everything was cut and dry with their tablet. I would definitely recommend to a friend and/or buy again. ... show more

If youre learning like me, this is perfect! I usually used an ipad but i want to learn 3d modeling and the mouse on my pc wasnt working for my perfectionist side. It’s definitely not 4k quality tho haha, but for the price its better then what you paid for! Little tricky setting up since my instructions werent in english but i was able to figure it out easily on my own. Havent had any issues except my new puppy ate the pen but was easy for me to grab a replacement at the best buy down the street. I think it could even hold up a child’s use, well built. One side note, i couldnt get any ‘fancier’ pens to work for it, just the same brand/model pen. ... show more

You can only use this when it is connected to the computer. You have to look at the computer screen to see what your are drawing. I wish I would of done more research before ordering this was not at all what my son wanted.

I've done amazing work using this as a beginner in digital art I think it's great, however my cord the plugs into the tablet itself broke and I can't seem to find a replacement . I've used this for 3 years now and the pens seem to have a glitch but it could have been from the cord being on its last leg. ... show more

This is my 2nd Wacom product and I got it for my son who loves to draw and wanted a drawing tablet. He has been blown away by how great it is. Easy to use (he is 14) and love that you can draw anywhere. I liked it so much have been contemplating getting one for myself for photo editing. Just an all around great product with the Wacom quality I have come to expect. As I mentioned this is my 2nd Wacom, the first I purchased over 10 years ago and is still going strong.
