YES!! YES!! YAAAASSSSS!! You CAN wear a strapless top again!!! IDK why there are so many mediocre & bad reviews, but this briefer is a TOTAL WARDROBE GAME CHANGER that's worth every expensive penny!!! I'dvresigned myself to NEVER wearing a strapless top or dress again. Strapless bras don't stay up unless they're tight as a tourniquet; corsets are just flat out painful; and body briefers with built in bras that fit my body NEVER fit my girls. I've only purchased torsette style briefers so I can wear my own bra. Problem with that, though, is that the straps never line up with my bra straps & I have to safety pin them together so they don't show at the armhole of my top. Seriously, I do this EVERY SINGLE DAY. š„ŗ Enter the Wacoal red carpet body briefer. I pulled that sucker up like pantyhose & enlisted help to connect the four hook & eye closure (yes, FOUR & help is needed if u lack the flexibility to reach back there). OMG!!! I couldn't believe it!! My whole wardrobe flashed before my eyes & I heard Angels singing!! š BUT... Ever the skeptic, I decided to make the bed to see if this thing was as good as it seemed. I mean, if it doesn't stay up when u move it's worthless, right? RIGHT! WELL... I'm here to tell you this is life changing!!! I instantly got back on Amazon & ordered 2 more! Here's the real skinny (pardon the pun): 1. I'm 5' tall, 150lbs, 36DDD. Dresses, pants, tops usually a size 10-12 (12-14 petite if I can find it), LG or XL top. I like fitted styles & at 55 years old I still refuse to wear frumpy, mom-looking clothes so a, "Suck-it-in" is a closet staple. 2. After reading tons of reviews, many stating the torso didn't provide enough suck it power, I ordered a smaller than I normally would sister size, a 34G (ugh, just the sound of a G cup size makes me uncomfortable but it is what it is & some women pay for girls that size, so there's that! LOL!). I hoped the smaller band size would result in better compression & hold in the flab a little better. I WAS RIGHT! For those who said it's uncomfortable, too tight, didn't stay up, or whatever, I say this: it's a suck it In... It's supposed to be tight to do its job. Thank you Wacoal for making a fabulous undergarment! Thank you Amazon for offering it!! I could not be happier with this purchase!

Needed this for my MOG dress & one that really worked. Tried on quite a few & either they didnāt hold me up or the torso was very long, or they were too uncomfortable (dude boring) this one didnāt take in the waist as much as I wished for but it was worth the trade off on holding up the bust. Overall, very pleased with total effect & am grateful I spent the extra money.

The cups are true to size. My main problem with it would be that it doesnāt offer much when it comes to āholding you inā. The smoothing was minimal. I wish you could pick your cup size as well as a traditional small-medium-large size etc. but maybe thatās asking too much. The body fits, but if I could have selected a size it probably would have lived up to my expectations. The gusset for bathroom purposes was pretty comfortable. This basically felt like I had a swimsuit on. Oh well. For reference Iām 5ā5 150 pounds and found it to be much looser than I was expecting.

This thing is... something. It really isn't very flexible in terms of who can fit into it. It kind of feels like putting on someone's custom clothing. For reference, I am not a huge person: 5'5" and about 140 lbs. Pretty average. When I tell you my husband and I were out of breath trying to fit me in this thing? Put it this way, I wouldn't buy this for any kind of solo trip. You'll be stuck in it for days. Anyway it was simultaneously too big and too small. Not for me.

I love this shapewear and own several! Iām a size 14, 5ā5ā 38 DD and 180 pounds and have a long torso. I bought an XL to wear strapless. It actually works!!! There is enough band support to keep it in place while still providing coverage and smoothing to the back. Medium tummy control. Enough to hold in tummy and smooth out lumps without being constructive. I have worn it all day many days. Even walking all day around Disney. It is comfortable. Can leave slight panty line around bottom depending on what Iām wearing, but I also have a larger bottom. It is breathable and washes well.

I am a 34B, usually a size 6/28 in womensā clothing. I sized up as suggested by other reviews, and because they didnāt have B sizes. The 36C fit perfectly. The bra fit well and the body shaper part creates a smooth look, but it doesnāt do much for sucking anything in. So itās well worth it if you need to look smooth under your clothes, but arenāt necessarily trying to cinch your waist. I also liked that it came with bra straps so you can wear it either way.

I am between 5'0 and 5'1, I'm 200lbs and a 40D in a regular bra. I ordered a 40D and I think I should have sized up to the 40DD. It shrank a little in the wash, so now it's a workout and a half to put it on as opposed to just a regular workout when I first got it in the mail. However, that could do more with the fact that I also struggle because I can't reach behind myself to fasten a bra the normal way, so I always fasten in the front first, the turn it around to put it on (and that goes for anything with a hook or string I need to fasten in the back) it has hooks on the crotch area, and it was a struggle for me to get them on and off properly, so it made it tough to go to the bathroom. Very good for tummy control I think. It may not suck everything in (I think only a corset or waist trainer can do that), but it brought in my lower tummy pouch and smoothed every thing out so I was able to wear this and fit into my clothes and bridesmaid dress better. I had originally bought this to help me fit better into my bridesmaid dress better, since I first got the dress it was a little tight, but the shapewear did its job well enough for me.
