I wrapped my laptop with this stuff because i was being annoyed by the amount of finger prints but i only did small parts of it because i did two colors so that it was a not just all orange. It stick is well enough that it has not come undone from my laptop while slipping it in and out of my bag and rubbing the corners on other things. I also did my phone, and it has held up just as well and its in and out of my pocket all day and i am know to pass out on my phone while sleeping after long talks on Skype with the gf, and it has withstood all of it. AND IT LOOKS FREAKING AMAZING!!! enough said. just buy this stuff already. this 5x1 is great for wrapping laptops and phones and tablets even and its plenty so that is you mess up then there is more to try again with out spending a ton of money.will add pics soon. It is now maybe a year later and it is still standing up to the wear and tear of my life my laptop hasnt peeled at all and has no discolor and has even saved my laptop from a few scratches from keys and stuff. The phone I wrapped is no longer my daily driver phone but it is still on there and saved my phone when i forgot to take it out of my pocket while rock climbing i slipped and rubbed my thigh on the wall. had i not has this on there the back on the phone wouldve been gone but all it did was a scuff it up a bit nothing a heat gun and my finger couldn't even out but i ended up re wrapping it. 3M is definitely the best but this seems to work ok as long as you don't have to go around tight spots or curves, doesn't stretch very much at all like the better brands for sure!

If you apply It correctly, this product is forgiving and easy to use. I purchased 1’x5’ the first go round . Liked it so much I followed up with 2 more of the same length. Tip: Go slow, clean your surface thoroughly, gentle pull, and use quality tape knife. I used a 1800watt hair dryer on med/low setting. No need for heat gun. I think I would have ruined it if I was using an expensive heat gun. I’ve had it on my van for over 3 mons now. I love in Seattle and it’s been rainy and cold. The Van is mostly outdoor. I’ll update in a year if quality changes, but so far it looks great, application was easy and forgiving and it’s almost factory install looking. Just take your time and be meticulous! ... show more

The front end on my tractor was badley faded, so I figured why not. It is a good value at the price point, and fast delivery. That said, I wish the vinyl had more stretch and give. It took awhile to get used to, but after some trial and error...I now have a tractor with a carbon fiber wrapped front end. I was going to do rear fenders, but decided to buff them out instead. I may wrap them at a later date. One thing to note, the wrap works better when the building temp is around 78 to 80 degrees. shipping box too soft. should be in a tube. crushed by the shipping muppets. hence the first goes ended up like this total waste. Initial stick too high.....high stretch but be careful only a little to much heat and it will break while stretching...I did not enjoy using this product even though I have wrapped my entire race car with Vvivid. it was plain orange....I have used cheap chinese film and believe me its awful. I have used 3m and avery....both easier to use and less problems with heat stretch. Next time ill pay the money and get the good stuff. ... show more

Love this vinyl. Not a professional by any means but have changed the graphics on my truck a few times and have done a few hoods and trunks for friends. You have to take your time and watch the amount of heat you use. This is a thick vinyl, can be tricky forming it, but is great. This is more forgiving then others. If you happen to get fine dust or a small whatever was floating by, as long as you work it correct you won’t even see it. Others you can see it a mile away.
