Worst wrap ever. It was absolutely horrific. The edges won’t stay down. Very hard to work with, the air bubble release technology it said it has doesn’t work and it’s look is not real at all. It looks very dry and just bad quality. Looks very cheap and also stains easy. Hard to clean. I wasted a ton of money having someone install it and he said it’s the worst quality he’s seen and charged me more because of how hard it was to use and now I have air bubbles everywhere and the sides are peeling up and it looks horrible. ... show more

Not as glossy as in the pictures. But it is good quality and nice thickness. I didnt have the problems as some people have had. I did notice I got two different materials one backing had deep ridges to let the air escape and the other backing was almost smooth and worked way better. But i did have a roll with deep creases and big air bubbles that wouldn't come out with a heat gun. ... show more

I used this on the panels your knees hit on a BMR R1200GS. The stuff is pretty easy to work with and side one turned out OK and the second side came out perfect - everything has a learning curve. Making it easier in my case is that nobody can see the backside so I could be a little sloppy on the fold over. I have more than enough material to redo the one side but you really have to look to find the flaw. So I might just wait till it gets damaged. That said I went on a 1500 mile multiple day ride and it still looks perfect. I have enough left over to redo the one side and probably cover my MacBook. Very happy overall. ... show more

    • Looks Nothing Like Carbon Fiber

If you are expecting the look of carbon fiber, this isn't it. It is printed texture, which has not shine and only resembles a carbon fiber pattern. I don't think It is meant to mimic carbon fiber and it doesn't. This maybe what you are looking for, but it wasn't for me.

Photo attached is a real carbon fiber 3k weave vs the vvivid. Vvivid has more obvious "zig zag" and less feeling of depth from the weave, it's more just blocks in alternating directions rather than a true woven feel. That said, it still looks nice!
