Seriously though this is a great product for covering moderate rust and having it converted into something that's not harmful while leaving a nice semi-gloss black surface. Easy to spray even coverage high quality product. Definitely best to get off as much rust as you can beforehand just so that it can do its job more easily but that's just common sense. All I did was wash my rusty hand cart. The cart was 100% covered in rust. This stuff stuck to it perfectly and left a great base for my other primer and finish paint. Highly recommend it 👌

I touched up some tiny rust spots on the Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility. Came out great. Little touch up paint. Looks almost new. Ready for the winter salt and slush. I recommend this product for small touch up jobs. Can't say anything about bigger jobs. havn't used it for that... yet!

Works well. Amazon usually has the best price on this beating out the local suppliers by a $1-$3. I only wish Rust-Oleum would make this in a larger can. The 10.25 oz can does not go a long way so I usually buy 3 to 6 at a time depending on the project.

According to many various opinions all over the internet... this is the way to deal with a rusty item that you want to paint. Sprays easy. Dries very fast. Some complain about the smell but I noticed nothing while working outside. My two rust areas on a steel exterior door used a small amount of the product.... I have lots left over.
