This is my 2nd round with Vvivid Vinyl. I have a 2014 Suburban LTZ with wood grain trim inside. I hate it! I like a more modern look. The first time I wrapped it I used a Carbon Fiber by Vvivid. This time I ordered Nardo Gray. As always with Amazon it came right away & intact. The vinyl itself it thicker than other brands. It definitely requires heat to manage and work into place. I used a DeWalt heat gun although a hair dryer will work just fine. I remove all the trim pieces i wanted to wrap and took my time with each one. Clean every suface fully with rubbing alcohol first. Over size the cut for each piece by at least an inch all the way around. Peel off the backing & Gently work any air bubbles out from under and wrap around the edges. Heat them to get it to stick well, let it cool then HEAT IT AGAIN. That will take any memory out of it and will allow the glue to activate fully. I use an exacto knife to try and have precise cuts to trim any excess. Be sure to use plenty of heat and press & seal firmly. Take your time! ... show more
