Applied the leather vinyl wrap to a glass top desk and it looks awesome. I hate glass desktops: finger prints, dust, need a mousepad, noisy (seriously, glass is the worst!) This wraps made a huge improvement, and I don’t need a mousepad anymore. Also, the desk is an electronic adjustable desk and I needed to cut out a section of vinyl in the corner for the controls (see picture). I was worried that the vinyl would be prone to peeling on these edges. This isn’t the case. The vinyl sticks to glass extremely well. It would take real effort to pull it off so I’m not worried about peeling any more. Nobody is going to mistake this for real leather but it adds some softness to the glass, and it really looks great. While removing my phones adhesive dash mount I manage to rip my car’s dash coating. Sanded for a smooth surface and applied the vinyl first as-is. Terrible, I could not avoid wrinkles. Removed and reapplied this time with a blow dryer. Fantastic results, even on the contours and undercuts. Good stretch when heat is applied, adhesive stuck great. It honestly looks nicer than the original. Remember this is a thin product so if you don’t have your surface prepped and smooth it will show through. ... show more

Mechanical properties good, appearance good. Thin, shows everything under wrap. Very poor adhesion. Adhesive supposed to be heat activated, but very weak, will not stay on concave surfaces. This was my second time using vivvid wrapping on my motorcycle. The first time held strong for over a year but I decided to change from camo to this nardo grey high gloss. Couldn't be happier, I was even more surprised of how glossy this wrap really is. My recommendation make sure to clean the surface area before applying, and if your doing it outdoors like I did... make sure to do the project around 55-70 degrees. Got this to wrap my a pillars it matched the plastic leather texture of the rent of the car perfectly it was surprisingly stretchy and adhesive was good enough the first time I wrapped it I didn’t clean it good enough so it didn’t stick like it needed to I ended up buying more make sure you prep very very well and you need to apply a lot of heat for curves and bends but if it’s done correctly it works great I’ve had it in my car for a while and hasn’t given any problems would recommend only if you’ve had experience wrapping before ... show more

Poor adhesion. Would require a nicely prepared gloss surface to stick acceptably. Very thin and tears easily, the paper backing is thicker than the vinyl. I would absolutely not buy this again. I can only say that it looks fairly nice.
