I have used this carbon vinyl along with so many others to compare, Scott elemento 6 and the tech art gloss, 3m Dinoc, oracal, etc... Don’t listen to people who say this vinyl isn’t good. It’s all user error. There’s an art to application, it is very thick but it can conform to curvy surfaces and hard to wrap pieces. The adhesion is not an issue. Use a clean microfiber and isopropyl alcohol, minimize dust. Clean all the edges and everywhere you think you wouldn’t even touch. If you’re wrapping interior trim, take it out of the car. Take your time, make sure you have a fresh blade at all times. Do not overheat it. Peel the protective layer off the top. The vinyl really pops when it is applied to curved surfaces. When you lay it down, don’t tack down a spot until you are ready to apply “glass”. Watch CK wraps for tips to make your vinyl wrapping experience better. This has fantastic air egress. Hit it quickly with the heat gun and use the squeegee to flatten it, do not flatten “fingers” or you’ll get wrinkles, rookie mistake. I did the entire C5 s6 trim for $22. You can’t beat the depth and gloss of this stuff. DO NOT USE IT OUTSIDE. It’s for indoor use only!

Very nice vinyl. 3M on the back and plastic film covering the front to prevent scratches. Thicker than the average vinyl. Good that it'll longer. Bad cus its a little more work to use around bend and corners. Heat gun is your best friend doing this work. I'm no professional by any means but compared to all the scartches i had before its well worth it. Clean the surface areas with alcohol very well.

Very nice product , looks like real carbon .. but the adhesion especially on curves is poor .. still with added glue and heat ... it doesn't stick on curves perfectly .. needs to be lighter material .. because its very thick for curves

Let me start by saying this ! FIRST OFF I seen alllootttt of negative comments of people saying (when you unroll it , it'll bend) well duuhhhhhh its tightly rolled for shipping !! once heated and stretched proper it looks amazing , people are too quick to give up , my dashboard is the only part wrapped in my pictures , blends in really nice with the real carbon fiber I had installed !!!! TAKE YOUR TIME , ITS NOT A RUSH , after a couple mins you'll get the hang of it and it'll be cake , practice on something small first , make sure you use heat gun , I didn't even need any tools , only when I had to tuck the edges , other than that I simply stretched it , make sure to clean surface with alcohol and wash your hands , if your hands are dirty when touching the 3M to stretch it'll loose its sticky texture and peel up

I was shocked to see how good this looked when done it's hard to tell it's not real. If you take your time AND watch the Vvivid how-to videos you will get amazing results 2 big thumbs up but no, not as easy as it may seem.

The film is thick, the adhesive is another thing. Even with heat and well prepare area for the application of the film it kept peeling back from the edges.
