  • VVIVID Air-Tints are an industry first: a headlight/taillight tint with all of the technologies developed in VVIVID+ premium materials. They include an air-release membrane which allows you to install the tint dry ( without installation liquid ) Ready to use out of the box!
  • This is the only film on the market that can wrap ANY SHAPE. It is super conformable with heat. It was originally manufactured for hard-to-wrap surfaces, but the ease of install has professionals saving time on any headlight shape.
  • This film is also self healing and scratches will go away with heat! Simply cut the vinyl to shape, and apply it to the surface. To make the vinyl conform to curves, simply heat with a heat gun or hair dryer, stretch and apply. Lastly, using a sharp blade, trim away excess from the headlight and you're done! its literally that simple!
  • Made with automotive grade cast vinyl, these tints are 80% tinted smoke or 20% VLT. The adhesive is acrylic based which will not eat through plastic like other tints on the market. It is 100% chemical safe, and will not eat through headlight coatings or damage your lights.

    • Quality Tint- Just Didn't Work for my Specific Use

Packaging: Shipped in an Amazon brown box with contents shrink-wrapped into a tight roll. Note that it is very hard without heat to get it out of that "curved" look. Product Impressions: Pretty nice and dark tint granted I was going to use it on my rim center caps as they are silver/black and the goal was to make them look more glossy black as a whole. Regarding applying the tint, you need to wear latex (or similar) style gloves or else your finger prints will be all over the tint. You will also need a hair dryer on heat to "Set" the tint in it's final spot. Just note that if there is raised lettering, badging, etc. it will NOT work correctly like happened to me. If it's a flat surface you will be fine. I would recommend testing it on something else first as this isn't as simple as it looks in my opinion. Usability: Doesn't work for Camry XSE rim center caps but that is OK. No need to lower the stars because of that. I tried using this to tint a motorcycle helmet visor, application was easy and held on good, but it was super blurry and couldn't see out of it. Don't be like me and try using this to tint a helmet lol

I’ve waited over a year to write this since I wanted to make sure I wrote a fair and accurate review. After a full year of this product being installed on my turn signals and mirror lights, I’m happy to say that this product has held up better than I ever thought! I’m very particular on how my truck looks, some say I’m a little obsessive compulsive! Good stuff not a film but a vinyl easy to morph with heat can use heat gun or blow dryer stretches easy its stayed on for almost 8 months now its roughly a 20-25% tint the lighter one is about 30-35%

I had purchased this product a week before I bought it again from a different amazon page. Same Vivvid air tint dark black headlight. The first order I received was great. I just wanted to redo it because of user error. I reordered it again from a different amazon page that was available through prime and it was completely different. The backing that you peel off was clear and didn't have the white material that said vvivid on it. Also when I went to install it and needed pull it back off the adhesive got all over my headlight lens and made a huge mess. Either this is a imitation or its not an updated part. My best suggestion would to buy directly from Vvivid's website and don't risk getting a knockoff. ... show more
