I like that it comes with the cutting board, the drain basket and the “nano sink in sink”. The glass/cup washer is great! I like the 3different options for the faucet, I like that the hot/cold knob is controllable. I like the piano keys control the faucet or the cascade. I like the two different tracks. Bad quality of hardware and material. Leaking from all facets, no customer support. Parts are not working properly.

Revised review: I gave 1 star for this sink but now i give an extra three stars for the seller. I am assuming they saw my review but however, they contact me and gave me a full refund for this sink and then offer to send me a new cup washer. I have not received the cup washer yet. But once I received the cup washer I would change my review for the seller to 5 stars. Thank you so much. I was so excited when I bought this shink because of the way it looked. I got many compliments from friends and family. But I don't want them to come and see it now because it is horrible. I've only had it a few months. The cup cleaner skeets out water all over my ceiling when I try to use my faucet. If you don't want water stains all over your ceiling avoid this sink. Please reach out to me to correct this problem so I can revise my review. But as for right now I am a very sad customer. ... show more

I originally rated this a 1 because the installation instructions were so lacking that I returned the sink even though it looked great and had the features we wanted. The manufacturer contacted me with an apology for the inconvenience and a commitment to provide better documentation for future customers. They then produced a very complete Installation Manual, along with a video. See the photo. This is a manufacturer who listens to their customers and takes action. I am truly impressed. ... show more

    • Best guess instructions and faulty parts
The instructions were extremely difficult to follow. The on deck drain control doesn't even pretend to work. Triple checked that it was installed correctly. It works like a bicycle brake, there is just not enough strength to lift the drain.

****UPDATE**** I love the sink, but am more pleased with the excellent service I received. I was sent a replacement faucet with a working temperature monitor, but one of the hoses was crimped in the shipping. I again reached out and was quickly sent all new hoses. My sink is working beautifully and the customer satisfaction is great. The person I worked with to remedy the small issues was great. I feel that my concerns for customer satisfaction with this vendor have been completely met and actually, Kim has gone above and beyond my expectations. I give this sink ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but I give the company, and Kim in particular ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful sink, but the temperature monitor doesn’t work.
