I got this for my 9yo son for Christmas. He's excited to take it to the skate park and try some tricks. I was surprised at how small it was when it came, but it feels sturdy and rolls smoothly. He loves the light-up wheels. I'm just not sure how long it will fit my son. Looking forward to asking a few "pros" at the park more about it. He's happy, so that makes this mamma happy. You'll want to get pads and helmet, because it really moves!

This is a very short and narrow skateboard. It arrived looking exactly as imaged in the advertisement. The wheels are a neat looking clear with red inside. The board itself seems solidly built. I don't know much about skateboards or skateboarding but I know my grands and nieces and nephews will love using this when they visit. It seems like it will work well for beginners and intermediate users and that's what we have in our family group at the moment. Truth be told - I find the artwork quite unpleasant so thankfully this isn't something I'll ever use. I am happy though, to have it stored away in my closet where the kids that I love having over can use it when they visit. It serves the purpose of keeping them occupied without needing a screen, gets them some exercise, teaches them a skill, and gets them outdoors where they can meet other kids and make lasting friendships. Overall very happy to have this Tony Hawk 22" Complete Cruiser Skateboard that matches the expectations created by the advertised listing.

This is exactly what our kiddo wanted. He wanted to learn to skateboard and this is a great option for him. It's not a giant cruiser but it's a cruiser and gives him an opportunity to learn. He loves Tony Hawk as well so that was a huge plus. Very durable and works well.

Since I am by no means well-versed about skateboards, all I can say in this review is that the skateboard looks to be sturdy and well made. __The wheels roll freely, and they light up when the wheels turn __The place where you stand onto the skateboards is textured and somewhat grippy so I think that would help to rider to hold on better to the board. __The graphics are nice and clear __It is a Tony Hawk product, so that is a plus. Even I know Tony Hawk is synonymous with skateboarding __BOTTOM LINE: I chose this as a gift for my 8 year old GRANDson for Christmas so I will edit my review after the skateboard has been put to the test, but upon initial inspection, I am pleased

If you have an average sized 5 year old you want to introduce to downhill carving then the manufacturer hasn't mislead you about the capabilities of this board The fact that they advertise that this board has a 175lb weight limit is an act that borders on deceptive Don't misunderstand me, I'm sure it would hold 175lb but anyone who weighs that much trying to learn on this deck is in for a VERY disheartening introduction to skateboarding If you know what you are looking for then buying a deck online is fine If you're buying your child their very fist board and you're not a skater then please go into a shop first Let someone who understands the challenges of the sport fit your child to a board that makes sense for their size, their skill level and their confidence This board may be just what you are looking for but your child will be much happier (and much more likely to keep at it) if you make sure the specs fit their needs
