Love this product so much that we ordered an additional one. My only complaint was that one of the doors came warped and isn’t closing all the way. I did reach out to the seller to see how this could be rectified. Otherwise, pleased with this product and would recommend. Update: because of the warped door, I reached out to the seller. I was able to get a replacement part rather quickly. They were great to deal with. Overall, very pleased with this item. Do not buy this product! It is so cheaply made and they sent defective parts. Had to pay someone to assemble on top of the 299 before taxes. Went back-and-forth with the seller messaging for 4 months waiting for the parts as they offered $20 as an inconvenience (because they didn’t know when they would have the parts to send) while the drawer was stuck in the open position. Then the knobs were breaking off. It’s practically cardboard. I have requested a refund multiple times and they ignore it still asking if I’d like $30 as an inconvenience. Terrible customer service. They were communicating, but not solution based. Just gave me the runaround and still haven’t resolved. Finally got the replacement parts, but that would mean I have to rehire somebody to fix everything. What a joke! ... show more

I would given it 4 stars, but it took 5 hrs to put together. The drawers were a nightmare to get onto the hinges. My spouse and I are handy and this thing was not easy. It is nice, definitely not the most sturdy, but we anchored it to a stud and it will be just fine. The room inside of it is great perfect for what we are using it for.
