I bought a small because the stated measurement matched my current scorpion helmet. I was surprised the helmet was too small. I dont know if this runs small or if the scorpion ran big. After reading other reviews, I contacted voss customer service and told them I can either return the small helmet for a medium to amazon or (as I have read in other comments) they could send me the medium liner for the current helmet. They were quick to respond and as quick to ship the medium liner. The helmet is very comfortable and the optics of the visors is perfect. I am quite happy with the helmet and the great customer service.

I was concerned that I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted the seller and discussed the process for returning it, since this was my error. Customer service was very polite and helpful. They recommended that I try on the helmet before returning it, just to make sure. I was surprised and pleased that I received the helmet in 48hrs. I tried it on, it fit perfect! I bought this helmet for my wife for her Honda Grom. She needed the full face since she doesn’t have a windshield on her bike, but she also feels a bit claustrophobic with some helmets. This was a perfect option. She likes having a large field of vision and doesn’t feel too closed in. Noise is muffled, but still able to hear necessary traffic well. The helmet is lightweight and the design and color is exactly as advertised. Great helmet.

I purchased this product and it didn't fit right. I requested a return and received my shipping label to return it for refund. I was told that it could be returned and I would receive my refund upon receipt less a few dollars for return shipping. I delivered it to UPS on 9/22. It was received by the shipper on 9/27. As of today, 10/3, I have not received confirmation of my refund from this company. Beware......

Got this for my wife, she loves it. It fits perfect and styling is great. Visor works perfect and so do the shades. Design is good quality and so are the pads on the inside and the straps are good as well. Lots of air flow and fits with airpods too
