Use this every time I go hunting or golfing! I dont Used ice though. Only frozen water bottles. Couldn’t tell you it it’s leak proof

I bought this to bring takeout food home in. I usually walk to pick up takeout, but by the time it gets back it's cool, esp. if it's windy and cold. Now I bring this backpack, load up my takeout and carry it home on my back and the takeout stays SUPER hot. Like, as if you were still in the restaurant hot. It's also nice to have your hands free on the walk home. I bought it on a bit of a lark but now I remember to bring it every time, really helps keep food hot. One thing, it's not huge, most takeout orders fit but if you order a lot of food or if the containers are really big, it won't fit. I've brought home Chinese food, hamburgers/fast food, and Italian, the bigger Italian dishes were the only ones that had trouble fitting. The side pouches are great for cold drinks so they don't cool off your food. There is a bottle opener included, I don't use bottles frequently but it's a nice feature since this would be a great picnic/beach food bag too. I am really, really about this backpack. I am not a backpack shill, it's just perfect for what I got it for. Hooray!

I'd say it was an amazing deal 50% off, ice lasts quite a while, water will leak from zipper area, so be warned not to just toss in car 😉, other than that it worked for a school trip with children. I wouldn't say it holds 36 cans with Ice though, but it is great to bring along and not have to tote around a large cooler.
