Love, love, love! I got this to travel to Africa on safari. It went in and out of multiple trucks on a daily basis and I packed it tightly every day. I am SO happy with how it held up. It rolled easily over multiple kinds of terrain. I used it in the mid- size version at first and as I made purchases on the trip I expanded it to the maximum. It worked great at all levels and all my trip mates were impressed. We were required to have rolling ruffles and theirs were all much bulkier. I LOVE this bag! I show it off all the time and now my sisters want one too! Its a great price so they will get it as a Christmas gift.

A wheel broke off the 1st time I used it. (I was mad when I wrote this) ***UPDATE*** The seller offered to refund me which is HUGE! But I declined. I don't need a full refund. It's still a good product. There are many other features. The original garment/duffle bag's (Different seller) that I traveled with, had a handle that tore off at the beginning of my trip. I ended up packing the torn bag inside this VOOWO bag, along with everything else I had that I needed to get back home, and it worked. Along with clothes, I was also able to pack a mini fan I had to buy because the place I was staying at didn't believe in AC..... UNCLE JERRY .... and the bed I was in was ridiculous which had me buying a lumbar support pillow ... AUNT DEBBY .... But it allll fit in this bag. I was very proud traveling with this bag until I realized the airline lost a wheel. Other than the busted wheel, and me not choosing a darker color for appearance purposes, I would definitely recommend this bag. I think it's more designed for carry on rather than checking it because of the possibility of losing parts when airlines load and off load bags. also....pink gets dirty. HAHA So I'm not mad anymore. This bag is really good. I like that its expandable, so you can customize the size you need it to be. The wheels make it so easy to move heavy stuff, while the long straps also allow for carrying it when it's lighter. I've been using it for 4 months and no signs of wear yet. I love that there is a pocket on the inside as well as one on the outside for those small things that would get lost in such a big bag. Why I didn't rate it 5 stars: I'm 5'8" and even holding the end of the handles, it sometimes is a little difficult to pull without having to bend over a little. Depending on what you put in the bag and how its weight is distributed, the bag will not stand upright. The bottom base is small compared to how wide the bag will expand to hold things. You just have to stack stuff right, which isn't always great for a pack and go scenario, but its not impossible to weight balance, and if you dont care if it stands up, that won't matter to you.

I bought the purple, and it looks like a darker and more muted/warm/neutral color than the photo. In my photo I put it next to my lavender shoes and light lavender suitcase for comparison. I like this color too, though. The style is nice, not too minimal and not too complex, so it will go decently with any fashion style. Other than that, it's perfect. If you are as short as me or shorter, 4'11"/150cm, you can actually roll the bag while it is all folded down. But any taller, and you'd have to expand it at least once. I love that this actually is pretty lightweight even with the wheels on, and it was very easy to put them on because you just slide each wheel in and it snaps in place. It can take a little time to switch wheels on/off, so I will just leave the wheels in unless packing it into a suitcase. It glides smoothly even on thick carpet, but keep in mind it has no firm structure by itself, so don't pack too many heavy things higher up. This will be super useful for when I go shopping, since I do not drive and must walk or use public transit. It's not too bulky when it is in the small size and can be worn just like any large shoulder purse or totebag. It's surprisingly more comfortable than I thought it would be. I think the material should be decent in light rain, though I don't think it's really waterproof, but I've never tried it yet. It's kind of a sporty feeling fabric with thick threads and a little glossiness, and feels like it should be durable. I would not risk it as a check-in, but as a carry-on it should be fine. It can fit just fine in a large 28" check-in suitcase.

I love the lightweight and variations of sizes for all my work things. Wish I had more zipper pockets and the wheels are too small. It’s hard to walk with it because it twirls and doesn’t go on sidewalks well.

The taller you open it, the more unbalanced it will be. I use it at the 2nd level for swimming at the health club. I would not use it for airport travel where you have to rush and keep it upright. The wheels glide smoothly with some spin. It fits my purpose for not having to carry heavy wet items. And the handle makes it easy to put in my car. Zippers are good. It looks nice. I love having interior pockets plus the outer zipper pocket for my padlock. I have a “rolling tote” but the retractable handle requires 2 hands to move it up & down now after light use. I decided not to get another one considering the cost with low quality.
