They are super cute, took me a few hours to get adjusted walking in such a thin heel. I will say I wore them at my 9-5 and they made it through the day. Not super comfortable after an extended period of time but as someone said beauty is pain. Also yes they do smell when you first get them but it wears away after you wear them around. I was hesitant on this purchase due to the calf issue so many people had. I’m typically a size 7.5. I considered purchasing a size 8 but I was worried the boots would be too loose from the feet. I went with a size 7 and don’t regret it. The boots are actually still a little loose from my feet but it will be fine. Regarding the calf part. Yes, they are tight but I was able to zip them up. They feel comfortable walking around my home but I’ll put them to the test when I wear them to the concert I’m going to. For reference: I’m 5 ft 4 inch tall and weigh a little under 150 lbs. I have thick legs/calf’s and I have previously had issue not fitting into boots due to my calf. ... show more

These boots would be so cute if they fit realistically. I have an athletic build but not what i would consider big calves, however these boots wouldnt zip over them. Super uncomfortable and really unrealistic proportions. :(
