Update: great customer service. Refunded fully for article. Nice outfit, just order size up. Looks nice, cute outfit. It has more of a stretchy spandex feel with fleece lining but it runs very small. I bought a 12 month size for my 6-7 month old nephew who has been wearing 9 month things lately for a little extra wiggle room. And it’s very tight. Might be good for an old child who has thinned out more but for the chunky infant stage, will not work out. Have to return unfortunately.

I’m not sure the description of this material however it is perfect!! It is so soft and silky feeling but not silky like slide away just such a soft fabric! I bought as a baby gift but highly recommend!
