I bought this for my three daughters. They all are volleyball players at different levels and this equipment has been helping in developing their skills as well as making it fun to practice. The serving strap has helped them focus on the basic mechanics of their swing as well as their toss. The only thing I am not sure about is the setting straps. We could not find a lot of info on how they help with setting. The only instruction was how to place them on your hands. But other then that we are happy with our purchase. ... show more

We have a volleyball fanatic but when no one else has much time to help them practice, it gets hard to retrieve the ball after every serve, etc. this equipment has made it so much easier and convenient to practice!!!

I have nothing bad to say about this product it worked the best out of everything we have tried. My oldest daughter got her over hand serve in just one week. And my 8 year old got her under hand in a few days and is working on her over hand. All my girls love to work with it. Have a few parents going to order them for their kid. Check out the pictures. I ordered two of these and they look completely different. The red circle is horrible quality compared to the other. If yours doesn’t have the crown logo on the packaging return it immediately. The strap in the last picture is so thin it looks like it will break after a few serves. ... show more

There are many options on Amazon for same thing. I will say this, I thought there would be option to hang from basketball goal to spike ball as shown in pictures, but it's the same thing you hit from belt to hang, not 2 different things.
