Update- VOFiTNY reached out to me regarding the pump issue and got me a new pump! I appreciate not having to go though the hassle of returning the entire mat. Mat works wonderfully and so does replacement pump. The mat is nice but we got everything all laid out and the pump did not work. Love our tumble track. I have 3 girls and they all love to play on this thing. Our pump got broken (our fault) and I emailed VOfitNY and they said they would send me a new one. So easy. So thankful too because our mat is starting to lose air and my girls won't be happy if they have to go without it.
