My husband is super picky and has really bad eczema, so finding a moisturizer that works for him is tough. We got this to help with his dry skin, and he says it really helps keep it moisturized. He also loves how smooth it feels. Absorbs fast, not greasy, and works great on his sensitive skin.

This has a nice smell, mostly you get a hint of honey. It goes on smooth, and I haven't used it long enough to really say it's effective, but I did try it long enough to ensure I didn't get irritation using the product. It absorbs well into skin, and with a light application, it doesn't feel greasy.

This product has all clean ingredients. Love when I can understand everything listed in making this wonderful ultra moisturizer. I started using it before bedtime. My skin absorbs it well, no greasy feeling in my face. In the morning, my skin is soft, and I’ve notice my forehead wrinkle have softened. My teenage son asked if he could try it as he seen so many reels on beef tallow and I’m like go ahead, just leave it where you find it. My kid has suffered from acne and has visible scarring. He telling me his face skin feels so good. All the years of products that have dried his skin are being hydrated now. We both will be buying it again. I’m using it for a month now and all the promised of deep hydration from other products don’t come close to this one. Your skin will thank you. Great product, deep moisturizer and good value with clean ingredients you can read and understand.

I originally got this for my husband, but after trying it myself, I might be using it more than he is! The texture is rich and it absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft and hydrated without any sticky residue. My husband has been using it on his face to help with dryness and he's noticed a real difference in how smooth his skin feels. I’ve been using it on my hands, arms, and legs, and it’s worked wonders, especially on my dry skin. What I love most is the natural ingredient list, grass-fed tallow, wild honey, beeswax, and olive oil. It smells faintly earthy and clean, not overpowering at all. Plus, neither of us has had any irritation, even with sensitive skin. It’s marketed for men, but honestly, anyone can benefit from this balm. ➡️ Why I’m skeptical I ordered the VOERUY tallow balm on Amazon expecting a simple, clearly labeled formula. The listing doesn’t show a full ingredient list, and the jar I received included added botanicals, including lavender essential oil. Lavender is a common allergen and my skin always reacts horribly (I’m talking giant itchy hives), so I couldn’t use it on face or hands. If the ad had disclosed the full formula, I wouldn’t have ordered it. ➡️ Brand transparency check “VOERUY” is a trademark owned by ShenzhenShi LiDe Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen, China). The Amazon listing I saw doesn’t state country of manufacture, and there’s no posted Certificate of Analysis or safety data. When a skincare brand markets “natural” but withholds a complete ingredient list before purchase, that’s a trust problem and a safety problem for people with sensitivities. ➡️ Performance after I passed it on: I gave it to a friend who used it on heel cracks, and he says it softens rough skin well. For thick, callused areas, a heavy tallow-based balm can be helpful. But for daily face use, undisclosed essential oils are a no for me. ➡️ Health and environment notes Tallow is occlusive and generally well tolerated, but essential oils can trigger dermatitis, especially on compromised barriers. Also, unclear labeling leads to avoidable waste when people buy products they can’t use. Please post the full INCI, state the manufacturing country, and offer an unscented version. ✔️ Rating summary: 3 stars. Basic occlusive moisture, but poor transparency and “for men” marketing knock it down. Skin doesn’t have a gender. Clear, full ingredient lists should be table stakes, especially for face products on Amazon.

I love the natural ingredients used in this tallow balm, but unfortunately this it isn’t for me because it contains shea butter and I’m sensitive to it due to a latex allergy. I wouldn’t have ordered it if the full ingredients were shown in the listing and will pass it on to someone else who can use it — but I did try it out for the purpose of this review. It sinks into the skin almost immediately and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. The texture is lovely and it’s odorless. I didn’t use it long term for the reason mentioned above but I would recommend it for (almost) anyone looking for a natural moisturizer.
