I love the sheerness for a layering top. The feel is soft and silky, very comfortable. The fit was perfect, though I ordered up 2-3 sizes based on Amazon's suggested size. Sleeves are a bit long, but I don't mind it. The one feature that is not to my liking, is the collar and shoulder construction. There's a seam on either side and it lands in the center of the shoulder, not as it would for a proper shoulder seam, which would be slightly forward so the front of the top lays smoothly across the chest. The "cheap" construction caused the front to pucker and not lay flat, so it looks sloppy unless worn under another top. I won't send them back, but I won't order this brand again.

I’m a petite sz 4 or 6-125 lbs- XS to S typically—and this Small fit so tight I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing alone without something over it. It’s quite sheer and the shirt is more like a soft jersey knit. That said, my arms are sort of chubby and I’m rather busty for my size ( hourglass) so it was tight in those areas & I will return it. If you are slim and straight it may work. Fabric felt comfortable and I would order up a size -but I’ll probably return instead.
