This is exactly what I needed. The necklaces came quickly and are of good quality. However, I was under the impression that I was getting a set of 4 in each box. This is due to the fact that I found this listing when I searched for bulk necklaces and I displayed the option with the bundle of 4 necklaces with different lengths. Then I selected the 20" option thinking that I am still getting the set of 4 but of the same length. I was unpleasantly surprised when packages arrived with only 1 necklace in each box. I contacted the seller who responded within 24 hours and pointed out that the description stated the "necklace", not the "set" or "4 pieces" or "necklaces" as plural. Well, I have to admit they were right. They offered me partial credit and I decided to take it instead of returning my purchase. This is a good product for a reasonable price if you do not need bulk and cannot/don't want to wait several weeks for delivery from another supplier. I am giving this necklace 5 stars instead of the original 2 as it is really what I expected as a product and the customer service was great. ... show more

Very helpful. My wife and I are both so happy to be able to stir our deep cups of tea without burning our fingers. The end has a round knob on it which would be easier to grip if it were flat. Other than that there has been no negative. Overall very positive.

Liked the look, but was unable to wear for long as the peices that attach the clasps to the chain kept getting hair stuck in it just ripping it out.
