Just what I needed to upgrade and update my 2008 Challenger SRT8! Installation was just as described on YouTube. I did have to exchange the first pair due to a malfunction in one in the first set I received, but the second pair worked great. I've had these headlights for quite some time now, actually 2 pairs in fact after my last car got hit, but the description was misleading about the orange halos. Recently, I figured out a method to do so, but it requires some electrical engineering, nothing too crazy though as I am an 18 year old and could do it myself. WHAT YOU NEED: Wire cutters/strippers; Spare wire; 2 12V Relays; Wire Splicers/connectors. Note: Instructions will be for one side, but copy/paste for the other The first step is to cut ALL wires in the Vland turn signal harness, leaving some wire on the side of the harness and into the headlight to work with (white, yellow, black). Step aside Next, find a good place to mount the relay close to the headlight. After doing so, identify the red, blue, white, and black cords on the relay harness. FOLLOW THESE NEXT INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: Disconnect car battery and strip all wires that were cut. Connect a 3-channel splicer to the white cord on the HEADLIGHT ON THE SIDE STILL CONNECTED TO THE HARNESS. Using one of the outputs from the now spliced wire, connect this cord to the blue cord on the RELAY using whatever connectors you have. Using the other channel, connect the other cut side of the white wire and connect them back together. Next, connect the black wire from the headlight on the side of the wire STILL CONNECTED TO THE HARNESS and the black wire on the relay harness together. Connect the red wire from the RELAY harness to the yellow wire on the side of the HEADLIGHT NOT connected to the harness. Lastly, connect the white wire from the RELAY harness to the yellow wire on the side of the HEADLIGHT STILL CONNECTED to the harness. Clean it up using zip ties or however you see fit and simply repeat on the other side. What this does is uses the pulses of the turn signal circuit and to turn the relay on and off, thus flashing the turn signal lights only when used, but keeps them running as long as the white halos ARE ALSO ON. This means that if you do not have automatic DRLs, you need to ensure the white halos are on, or your turn signals will not function. If you are very comfortable with wiring, you can makeshift automatic DRLs using a 12V accessory cord as the main power source for the halos. Hope this helps for the people who felt mislead.
