UPDATED: These folks definitely support their customers. I received a quick reply to my post and they worked to resolve everything. I think I just got a bad item, which happens from time to time. -------------------- First off, it's not 96"x48", more like 94" x 47". It's also very thin, if you push a pin into it that pin will come out that back and into your wall. And the cork itself is much thinner, they have a very thin layer of cork over a foam board. To make it work, I added an 1/8" foam board on the back. When you unfold it, the pieces don't mesh, so you have about a 1/4" gap between each third of the board. The clips they give you for mounting are pretty bad, so to get it stay on the wall securely I drilled through the aluminum edging. If you don't, it's going to sag on the sides. And, on top of that, part of the cork was damaged. We had to use it, so I could not return it, but it was a lot of effort to make it somewhat work. ... show more
