My original review was very negative for obvious reasons BUT, I have to say thw VIZ-PRO customer service is very customer oriented, and they have issued me refund without me asking for it. This is my original review: "Overall very disappointed. This board was bowed out of the box. The center is bowed outward. Even the aluminum frame has a slight bow. The center of the frame is 1/4 of an inch away from the wall on top, and 3/8 on the bottom. This board looks used. Lots of pin holes throughout." ... show more
