I am totally disappointed! We ordered this item and it came literally broken in half and crooked. It is 6 feet tall and the only way to get it replaced is to return it—the item can’t fit in my car so I essentially will have to pay UPS to come pick it up. I tried calling the manufacturer to discuss a replacement and have yet to receive a call back. I then proceeded to email the manufacturer and still have not heard back. We were so excited to buy this product with the positive reviews and we are in need of a large bulletin board—can’t believe it arrived bent and damaged as shown in the pictures. ... show more
