Tried to swap out the pieces but I can’t because the screws are screwed way too tight. The screwdriver that was given broke trying to unsuccessfully unscrew it and my power drill couldn’t get it either so it basically just sitting there because I can’t use it for what I intended

Absolutely in Love with this heat press. The main press has worked great for my vinyl's and sublimation T-shirts. Mug press works GREAT, mugs come out perfect. Consistent heat temps. Haven't used the hat press attachment yet...but so far everything has lived up to my expectations.

This machine came neatly packed with all of the pieces and parts secured. It was very easy to set up, and even easier to use and understand. It also included a screwdriver and small wrench so there's nothing that I had to go find! The machine finds accurate temperature, and the even pressure it provides gives you a very professional looking final product! I believe it to be even better than I would have expected for the price!
