I love it! The height seems pretty perfect. Of course, it is not made of stone (at this price point), so it is extremely light weight! I unpacked it, put it together and filled up the stem with stones in 5 minutes tops! Is it too light to be 100% stable? Yes, but this can be fixed easily using the stakes provided, and by using stones around the base. Would be better if the stakes were a little longer though. I might switch to longer landscape staples eventually to get rid of the stones at the base. Can't comment on the durability yet. I paired it with a solar fountain. I bought this because of the reviews I read. I filled it with rocks and sand in the base, but the stakes they provide with it are just NOT long enough. My bird bath is not sturdy at all. Iโ€™m constantly having to straighten it out, and reposition the stakes. My husband is going to buy some tent stakes to see if theyโ€™ll work better. ... show more

The bird bath doesn't get the build up of slime like my concrete one does. It is deeper than most concrete ones. Hard plastic birdbath that comes with pegs to anchor it down. I put a little fountain in to hopefully draw the birds away from my spa. Would be nice if basin was a little deeper if you are adding the fountain. Looks nice but the spa continues to get the bird visits.

I needed to replace my old bird bath so I stumbled across this one and decided to give it a try. I first noticed that the item looked like someone had spray painted it with some beige looking color and I was concerned that the color would come off and become toxic for the birds. Also the item is lightweight and I thought that it would fall over. Well I tried it anyway and to my surprise it holds lots of water without tumbling over and there are ground stakes if you need them, and the color has yet to peel or shed. Lightweight but comes with 3 stakes to secure it to the ground. Been through a few t-storms and it held up well, never toppled. Birds seem to use it, has holes along the edges for them to grip. Iโ€™d buy it again if I needed another.

I love this bird bath. Itโ€™s light enough to be able to rinse and refill daily, but heavy enough so birds and squirrels donโ€™t knock it down. They love to drink out of it and bathe in it! It makes me happy to watch them.

Itโ€™s very pretty. I love the color and I think the birds like it too. The birds love to have water at anytime they are near. We have some lovebirds that are not caged in and they come to our area a lot and live in cactus nearby.
