I use this in the kids playroom and the motor is quick enough but also quiet enough to not wake up anyone in nearby rooms. Picture quality is fine with room lights on but amazing in the dark (no surprise there)

The screen is great. I seriously can’t complain, although I did step up from using a sheet. I’m not hosting a premiere but I think I could with how satisfied I am with my whole set up and this motorized screen was the cherry on top. Only things I don’t like: - the battery used for the remote is not a common battery like AAA OR AA. - the wired remote which attaches to the wall is a little ugly with it’s wire management. ... show more

The piwer cable is on the left side but i needed it on the right. Also the cord was way to short to plug it in, so you need a extensin cord, but its three prong so i had to manipulate it to fit.

    • Smells Awful!!!
Screen arrived without any issues. The brackets that come with this are not compatible for ceiling mounting. I had to visit the local home improvement store to purchase some brackets so that I can install on the ceiling joists. However once it was installed and we pressed the button to lower it down, a sudden strong smell of chemicals came off of this thing. I mean very strong odor! I had windows open and an air purifier going with the screen all the way down to see if it would stop the smell. However after giving it over 3hours it’s still off gassing and smell won’t go away. If it’s rolled up it doesn’t smell, only when lowered and in use. I’ll be returning it. ... show more
