The media could not be loaded. Projectors are a bit tricky to install in general, but it’s got the mounting ability out the box. I’d have a buddy for hanging/install. Works great retracting and opening, never had an issue. I took photos during the day without blinds and it may appear to have poor screen quality but it is much brighter/clearer at night which is the only time I watch content on it. ... show more

This was easy right out of the box! Plug and go! there is a built in "up" "down" controller built into the chord. I didn't give it 5 stars because the remote requires a weird size 23 12volt battery I had to order, and the screen smells toxic. My wife would get a head ache. we actually returned it for the smell. We decided to go back to regular TV that was smaller rather than deal with the smell, and the set up of the projector. ... show more
