Bought this desk about a year and a half ago. Putting it together was not hard, just with the heavy and rigid steel frame, it weighs a bit. The good news is its heavy and rigid steel, so its not going to flex, break, and even handled a move easily enough. About a month ago it, however, it stopped raising. The motor leg and controller gave in. Seeing how much I had already got from it, I reached out to Vivo support to try and buy a new controller/motor. For FREE, they worked with me on the problem and rushed shipped a solution the same day. Since I had put it together, I could easily swap out the parts and replace them with working ones. The standing desk has saved my back, it is sturdy, and Vivo support was so speedy with their repair. It also has numerous stands, mounts, and other accessories. You can even 3d print a few. Its a good buy and they back it.

I'm nearly 6' and this desk lifts sufficiently for me to work with my arms at a 90 degree angle. Assembly didn't take long at all and I was able to do it on my own. The desk lifts and lowers smoothly and does so rather quietly. I'm very happy with this purchase, especially given the price-point. I purchased the 60" version and easily fit two large monitors and my laptop on it. I ordered this specific unit because the tabletop is one solid piece so there are no seams on the surface.

First of all, I ordered the desk on a Tuesday with an anticipated delivery of Sunday. It came on Friday. Fantastic! Unfortunately, one section of the desktop was damaged in transit. I immediately assumed getting a single part of the desk would be like pulling eye-teeth. NO! I found the problem on Sunday night while assembling, notified Vivo via email that night. Revcieved a response early Monday morning. Recieved the replacement part Tuesday night. ......... WHAT!?!?!?!?!? INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thier logistics team must be on crack or something! LOL They are crazy fast at taking care of issues! (I don't have any idea whether crack makes you faster.. it just came out.) I can't recommend Vivo enough! Thanks Team VIVO! Barry B

There is only one negative aspect to this, it does not have programable height presets. It’s sturdy and stable, I climbed my peppa pig looking heiney on top (while it was lowered) to move my live laugh love - kim jong un flag. Felt fairly stable. It has zero issue moving up and down with 2 monitors, 2 laptops, etc on it. All in all i very much enjoy the purchase, ive had it for 3 months as of mar 23 and no issues.

Fast delivery, easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. You don’t need drill, just a Phillips head screwdriver and whatever other tools it comes with. At first I was concerned that the table was too big for the space I had for my work desk but as you can see the measurements (48x30) aren’t exactly accurate but it’s very spacious vs the smaller one. The peak height is perfect for me (I’m 6ft.) it’s smooth up and down.

I spent a long time researching and deliberating over this style desk versus a Varidesk style that sits on an existing desk. I'm so thankful I chose this. It's so much less intrustive. My desktop is nice and clean looking without a big contraption sitting on top. This desk moves up and down so smoothly. I mostly keep it at standing height with a "walking pad" underneath. I love this new setup. The only downside so far is that my little robot vacuum goes up the ramp feet and gets stuck there, running. I'll have to do something to make the tips of the desk feet blunt rather than a ramp for my vaccum. I'm certain I'm not the only one that has this problem. Designers, balls in your court.

It's pretty nice, but instructions could be clearer on approximately how far to extend the support bar when beginning. I seriously messed with it for 20 minutes for no reason. Just give an estimate. 3 or 4 feet. I was thinking it needed to be perfect, not realizing you adjust it again later. I haven't completely set it up yet because the sync bar won't extend the length of the desk (my bad, I didn't hold it the correct way and it pushed in and I can't pull it back out. I don't know if I need a new one or if there's something I'm missing, I'm waiting on a response from the company, I'll use it as-is until I hear back. But even without the sit/stand feature, it's a pretty nice, basic desk. I ordered the wheels separately and installed so I could move it around easily by myself as it is kind of heavy. I'll update after I've had a chance to finish installing the lift function.
