I want to be as thorough as possible so you can make an informed decision. I am currently in the throes of menopause, and along with the expected body changes, I began experiencing significant hair thinning and shedding. What caught me completely off guard was that I had never heard anyone talk about hair loss during menopause. My entire life, I've had long, very thick, beautiful hair, so when the shedding started, it didn't feel gradual, it felt sudden and severe. Naturally, panic set in. I had no idea what was happening. I assumed it had to be the shampoos or conditioners I was using, or maybe that I wasn't deep conditioning enough or using the "right" products. But none of that made sense, because my routine hadn't changed and had always worked well for me. At no point did I initially consider menopause as the cause. I began researching everything I could to reverse the shedding and thinning. That's when I came across this product. After reading countless reviews, almost all of them overwhelmingly positive, | decided to give it a try. The only thing I didn't love was that many reviews mentioned it could take up to three months to see results. Honestly, that upset me because I thought, "In three months, I'll be bald!" Still, despite the hefty price, I committed to trying it. After one month, I didn't notice much change. At two months, I still wasn't sure. By the three-month mark, I thought I might be seeing something, but it wasn't until month four that I could say with complete confidence that the shedding had decreased by about 95%. When I wash, comb, or brush my hair now, only a very small, normal amount comes out-certainly not enough to cause panic. Alongside this product, I did begin paying closer attention to my overall hair care. I switched to a biotin shampoo and conditioner, which my hair absolutely loves. I brush my hair every evening before bed, restarted my collagen routine, and began using rosemary and pumpkin seed oil to massage my scalp overnight before washing my hair the next day. That said, even before I added the oils and nightly brushing, this product was already working. I simply added those steps to support healthier, stronger hair. While I don't see the level of thickening I'd ideally want just yet, my hair is definitely growing longer, the shedding has stopped, and my part is noticeably less wide-which gave me real hope. Because of the results I'm seeing, I plan to continue using it. It's simple: just two pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. The only downside is the price. When I first started, a three-month supply was around $70, and now it's over $80, which is a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended). Still, given how skeptical I am and how much money I've spent over the years on products that promised everything and delivered nothing this one m worked for me. I stayed consistent even when I wasn't seeing immediate results, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely recommend giving it a try, but I also encourage you to support it with a healthy hair routine: a more natural shampoo and conditioner (like biotin-based ones), nightly brushing, and scalp care with rosemary and pumpkin seed oil on wash days. I have been on this product starting 3 years now. Within the first 6 months I noticed less hair loss in the shower and my hair brush. I have hyperthyroidism turned hypothyroidism for 22 years. I’ve always had fine hair but with the correct hair style it looked thick! I came back from vacation from the UK and noticed my hair looked weird. Uneven & limp. I went to see my Dr. I thought it was hormones. I started HRT therapy 6 months before. All my Drs assured me it could have been a change in my testosterone intake. They suggested I take this product or its competitor. My sister used this product and had good results so I used this product. As my hormone levels started to level itself off and taking this product my hair started to look more like my hair!!! 2 1/2 years later, while my thyroid meds were adjusted and still taking this product, my hair has maintained getting healthier, better in fullness, and my shiny hair returned. It takes time. This product is older than the popular brand you see on TV. It takes longer to work, but you’re not taking 6 pills a day into your body. This product is only 2 - 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM! I can tell you that you will see and feel the difference. If you have thin fine hair like I do, it will take time to notice. It took me a little over a year to actually see the difference. I had to wear my hair a little shorter than normal. Now I’m letting it grow a bit longer to where I prefer. I am 69 and happy my hair is back. Is it the same as before… no. But it no longer has thin gaps and looks like I have or had thinning hair! It may never be like before. I wish I could give it the stars!! I have always had baby fine hair. It won't hole curl, even when lightly premed. It's like a child's hair only thin. When I started using this product I was very skeptical, but to my happy surprise this stuff WORKS!! In a couple of months my hair pony tail has more than doubled in size! My hair feels luxurious, and I love to run my fingers through it. It's much less than other brands, but who cares. This is the BEST product if you want stronger and thicker hair. My dermatologist prescribed these vitamins for my alopecia. I was skeptical because of the price but I have noticed significant changes in my hair after a week. I have much less breakage and shedding. My edges are filling in and my hair is shinning and healthy. I have not noticed much in growth but I will check again after a month. Recommended by my doctor and has been a miracle. Ive been taking it for 6 months and the hair growth is insane. None of the other products I tried (vitamins, hair supplements, custom shampoo/conditioner, hair masks, scalp treatment) worked. My hair was falling out in chunks every time I washed it.
