Screen is decent, not the best ALR we’ve seen but pretty solid. Vertical edges have some wavy wrinkles. Biggest issue is the difficulty in getting support, even when you’re willing to pay for support and shipping. We tried US support group, we tried China support group, we even tried US sales team for assistance. Their approach seems to be to be pass you around until you give up. We must have tried 5 times to pay for a repair on an obvious blemish. If anything goes wrong with your screen they will not fix it. So just be cautious, this may not be the level of service you expect from a $2000+ luxury product. One of the worst customer support experiences we’ve ever had. Good luck. ... show more

The item is good, it is just way not worth the price tag attached to it, because it has plenty of defects, it was such nightmare to get the huge box to my apartment (of course the delivery guy left it abandoned outside the residence) that I cannot really see myself going through it again, and as I cannot return the projector, I will have to keep it. ... show more

I'm using it with my Samsung Premiere 9. It is a perfect screen. It seems RF remote is not working and USB trigger is not working well with my projector. However IR remote is working well.

I was very pleased with the quality of the projection screen. We are using it with a short throw projector, and the picture is sharp and clear, even during the daytime when we would otherwise expect sunlight to reduce picture quality. Would highly recommend.
