This is a great product! The fabric is soft and very firm. It offers strong compression and does not fall down your arm while wearing it, even under clothes. I like the partial hand model as the similar compression sleeve that ends just before the wrist tends to make my wrist and hand swell. I didn’t have that problem with this model. I use this to prevent swelling while flying or driving long distances. I am a breast cancer survivor with a bilateral mastectomy and lymph node removal, and anything you can do to prevent swelling of the arms is great. The seam between the thumb and forefinger began fraying immediately. Don’t know how long it will hold. The thread like elastic in the band around the finger section as well as the thumb began coming through the fabric band almost immediately. Appears that it won’t be long before there is no elasticity in these sections. The actual fabric around the thumb/ finger seam began stretching out so thin that I expect it to tear. Doubt this thing will last very long. The seam at the base of the upper cuff is quite uncomfortable.

This is the second one that I bought because it fits good but the stitching around the thumb starts to come apart because I need to wear it except when I sleep but besides that it is the right compression and it is comfortable, I would definitely recommend it to people who have cancer or other things that make wearing a compression sleeve a necessity!
