The media could not be loaded. Really disappointed when the basic plastic screw bottom for the filter/press broke. So sad because I referred a lot of people to the product. One month later the entire inner plastic press cracked in several places causing leaks which makes it unusable. I can't see how to replace just the inner part...would love to hear from the company if possible as I really wanted to like this product.

I have had this product for a year and a half and still love it. I have tried several "traveling" french press mugs before and this is my favorite. The colors make me happy, keeps my coffee warm, the design is excellent. This in the only one I've found that you can remove the insert and still use the mug. I had a part break and the company promptly send me a replacement.

I love to take loose leaf tea to drink throughout the day. I found other infusion cups but the tea was held in a strainer that I had to leave at home and make the tea in advance. This cup can hold the tea leaves, then stop the brewing when it is just right, and use the leaves for a second or third cup while I am going throughout my day. I love it so much.
