I’ve always taken the arnica pills in the silver push packs, and I saw this bottle had such a great quantity for such a great price I thought I would give it a try after surgery. Works perfectly and I absolutely love the size comparison because they’re so small they’re so easy to have underneath your tongue, I actually prefer this size much better.

I wasn’t able to get a brand of arnica that worked well so opted for this one. There must be a coating on these tablets as they don’t dissolve very easily or quickly under the tongue. Maybe that’s why they don’t seem to be as effective for bruising. I bruise easily and it takes at least 2 plus weeks for even the lightest ones to go away. The easily dissolvable brand really worked quickly after a surgical procedure. I’d recommend buying something that specifies it dissolves quickly.

I like the easy method of taking the tablets. When my bruises occur, it is great to have the pills working. Over the years, the Arnica cream has been applied to the bruise. Now I can happily work in the garden with less worry.

I have a Tummy Tuck. I was getting inpatient with my abdomen swelling. I was aware it takes months for it to be completely flat. A NP told me about this product. She even used it herself. I take it 3 tablets times a day and it's helped so much with the swelling in my abdomen. I would say I noticed the difference within the first 72 hours of taking it. I'm really satisfied with this product. I know after plastic surgery you can have swelling up to a year so I'll be taking this for a while. I'm only 3 months post op now but it's about 90% gone. I really recommend this product. You still have to do your part by drinking your water, watching your salt intake and getting your massages but great product by far.
