I realize we all different about what fragrance we prefer but I absolutely love how this makes my hair smell! In fact if I apply it at night, during the whole next day I can smell it anytime I run my hands through my hair! If you feel like you get a lot of hair coming out whenever you comb or even run your fingers gently through your hair- I suggest giving this a try. Wow! I got tricked by the marketing. This stuff is so full of perfume it's insane. So glad once I smelled it I did a skin patch test before putting it on my scalp. Not sure if this product is working yet because hair growth takes awhile. Purchased one more bottle to see. Yes, some fullness. Did not experience texture issues like other commenters. I like the scent, but can see why others think it's too strong. Consider an unscented version. Mostly, I am displeased with the crazy overuse of plastic. The large "shot glass" cap is pure, hard plastic that will sit in a landfill for a century. SO unnecessary. Plus the sprayer did not work. The bottle and sprayer are enough plastic for our world to contend with. I'm starting to be more conscientious about my purchases, and don't want to support companies that are not environmentally friendly, etc. Re-think this harmful marketing/design decision and minimize the cap. ... show more

So far so good There is niacin in the product which explains the skin reaction that others mentioned. If you know it, one can smell it. The reaction previous shoppers noted is good for your scalp and follicles. It was not an allergic reaction.
