I was not familiar with this particular manufacturer at all but after receiving it I’m extremely impressed. It installs very easy for my particular weapons procedure and required very little adjustment to sight it in. The green dot is very visible in bright daylight even at around 50 yards. It’s relatively small and easy to reach the on/off button. Not sure about battery life so I ordered the extra batteries with it just in case. Will I look for another Viridian laser sight for a different weapon?? YOU BET!!! ... show more

The laser is very lightweight and bright. A simple cost effective upgrade to my LCP Max. It was a little finicky to install the battery and item itself, but one on it looks like it was always part of the gun frame.

Bought this late 2023 for my brand new Ruger Max 9. Installed it and noticed it didn't center very well but I really didn't care one bit because I only wanted to train and become proficient with the irons first. When the holster I soon got doesn't allow fit for a laser, I took this off within a month or so and properly stored it - until today. Put it on, the left/right windage looks fine and center, but the elevation is too high and refuses to drop down. The distance from my kitchen to front door is about eight yards, and this rides about a foot too high. I got so frustrated (and confused) I kept turning and turning the elevation screw, not knowing why it won't go down, until the screw fell out and rolled half way across my kitchen floor. Thankfully I found the screw and re-inserted, but still this laser rides too high. The laser itself is plenty bright, but it's frustrating that I can't seem to get it to go down to where it needs to be. ... show more
