    • The Only Problem With This Tent Was Me

I wrote a negative review on this product, but I can't find it to update it, so I wanted to hurry and post this. First, I have to apologize to Viparspectra. I said that I would NEVER buy another of their tents because they sent me one with a shell that doesn't fit. IT FITS PERFECTLY! It was all customer error. I had mixed up the frame poles. Once I took the shell off and looked at the frame, the top was wider than the bottom. I immediately realized MY mistake. I took it completely apart, and it took me less than 10 minutes to get the whole thing back together.....including the shell! THE TENT IS GREAT! Not concerned about the few pinholes. For the price, I can fix that myself. I will definitely buy another one.👍 Very happy with Viparspectra with both their lights and their tents. To the seller, I am truly sorry, and I hope that I did not cost you any sells due to my bone headed post ... show more

product arrived new, that being said all along the zipper the thread was already coming undone. within the first week of use the thread has come completely undone along the corners of the zipper resulting in several holes coming open. iv'e had to use a sheet to cover up the tent even when its zipped shut. zipper also has a lot of light bleed even when you try to reset it.*UPDATE* 5 min after this review i was contacted by viparspectra and they replaced my tent with a new one immediately. their customer service and products are amazing! ... show more

Okay, I got my tent today. Unboxed and put together in less than 10 minutes by myself. No issues whatsoever the instructions are clear. I was kind of sceptical after reading reviews that i would recieve a defective grow tent. I shopped all over town and could not find a good tent for under$200. I found this tent and gave it a chance. I got my tent its perfect... one pin hole. Awsome. After set up i noticed the support bar under a lot of stress due to my 50 pound light. I called viper spectra and talked to mike in customer service. Asked if i could purchase one extra crossbar. He not only took care of me he thew me the support bar free of charge. Now thats customer service. And for the people griping about pinholes in tent. I have a $400 gorilla grow tent that has so many light leaks its not funny. So get over it. This $80 tent is by far well worth the money. UPDATE: ok i have had this tent for a bit now, and let me tell you. This is a great tent for any level of grower. The one i received has zero light holes. Is in great shape. I have a 49 pound light. It is a beast. And this grow tent handles it with no effort. I highly recommend this to anybody looking to get a bargain on a indoor grow setup! ... show more

Easy to setup, but once got room setup and lights on it has multiple light leaks coming from stitching. I reached out to customer service and yet to hear a reply. That's the reason for 1 star. *** UPDATE **** Customer Service is awesome and sent me out a whole new canvas asap. Updated my star ratings. *******2nd UPDATE********* Recieved 2nd replacement canvas and it is not the exact product I ordered. I believe it was already a defective product as its 10x worse than the original canvas I recieved talk about a waste of time setup and takedown. I will not purchase again from this company for this fact and I reached out again after fact with no response...... see new photo attachments looked like somebody burnt holes with a cigerette. (Just little smaller size) ... show more

Ok, this is 3 feet wide(90 centimeters), 3 feet(90 centimeters) deep and 6 feet(180 centimers) high. I knew the dimensions going in and for the price I knew it would be perfect for what I wanted but gosh darn once built it was still bigger then I realised. I love it. Make sure you measure your space before ordering or like me you will have to spend hours making enough room for it. Now. I am about 5 feet nine inches or 172.5 centimeters and i fit comfortly in it. You can probably fit about 5, 5 gallon (18.93 liter) buckets in this. So far from what I see it is made with good quality fabric. Unfilled it is pretty light at least to me and I could easily push it over but it is a stable unit. The metal poles used for the skeleton of the unit can easily be bent so please be careful while assembling and once built. There are plenty of vent holes and view flaps on it. A hook to use to secure the door when opened. And from what I discovered if you place a 36 inch (90 centimeter) squared piece of cardboard on top you can keep most of your hydroponic supplies on top of the unit. On another note it is not just me who likes it. I didn't ask but my demonic cat went to look at it and he seemed to like it as well and anyone who owns a cat know how stubborn they can be. Now all I have to do is save up enough money to buy the rest of the items that can be used for the grow tent. ... show more

Zipper broke within 1 week of use. Tons of light leaks. Horrible quality (maybe I got a defective unit) overall I wouldn’t recommend this brand.i contacted the company direct via email and they just told me to hit replace or refund on amazon. They were really not helpful and take 24 hrs to respond. You might be better of going to a local store and paying a few dollars more for quality and customer service. Update. Now the company has ignored my emails and has yet to resolve the situation. It’s now been about three weeks. Do not buy this brand or from this seller it’s a nightmare if you get a defective unit ... show more
