This is heavy and sturdily built. I wanted to free up some desk space and use a tablet as a second monitor. I also wanted to be able to use this for some animation stuff. It’s great for a monitor stand although if you turn the tablet vertically it begins to slide out. Mine is in a silicone bumper case and it still slides. Also, this thing has a pretty high minimum height for use as a primary seated monitor stand. Either way, I definitely recommend this product. However there are a few things I dislike. It is super heavy for what it is. I'm sure this is on purpose. But what kind of phones do you guys have?! I have an iphone13 max and there is really no need for the base to be so large and so heavy.. Adjusting the height doesn't work well when considering the cost. Mine slides up and down too easily despite being tightened since I got it. That being said, luckily my phone it's super heavy so it doesn't fall because of that. But if I bump it, it will. I do wish it went a little bit taller. The listing is accurate, it just seems shorter in person. Be careful when moving the arms. This is just user error on my part but I took a chunk out of my finger by closing it between the arm parts that move. OUCH! Didn't expect it to be that strong. Overall I recommend it for content creating! The base does get in some of my videos because it's so large but finesse fixes that. ... show more

What a great product. It is bottom heavy so it doesn’t topple over. It is excellent quality. Sturdy and very easy to use. I wish I would have found this one a while ago. I would have saved the money. I highly recommend.

It is sturdy. But the arm that extends out to hold the phone keeps falling. I have an apple iPhone. I had the arm go straight horizontal and it kept sliding down down down down. Defeats the purpose of using this for process videos. You can’t use it for that.
