Finally TRUE TO SIZE ! No more extra shoe ! And it might be because I've worn them for so long, but I swear theses are lighter in weight . I've been a VIONIC girl since they came to the U.S. .. It was on the advice of my chiropractor that I had to see 3 times a week for months due to : neck pain , trigger point pain in my shoulders , lumbar pain . hip pain , knee pain , and the feeling that my right heel bone was going to stab out of my body at any moment . I bought 4 pair of the Tide to wear to the beach and around the house . After a couple days I was hooked. My next purchase was a wedge. After that I can't tell you how many pairs I've bought throughout the years . What I can tell you is that they are now TRUE TO SIZE , no more extra shoe all the way around your foot , even if you did buy the closest shoe size down to your half size. I love the color of these sandals, as well as the comfort. My only issue is they feel rather large on my size 7 foot across the top is very loose. Some others have mentioned this as well, but for comfort they are perfect. I needed a sandal like this to walk around in, no more plantar fasciitis issues while wearing these. These sandals weren’t what I was looking for, and cost a bit more than I wanted to spend. I don’t love the shiny gray material on the top of the straps, but I do love how comfortable they are! Not the same as other flip flops from vionic. Cant seem to replace my anniversary tides from qvc that ive been wearing and replacing for years. I sent two others back to amazon because they wouldnt even stay on my feet. So weird. But these were just tight enough and i was desperate enough to keep these.
