I bought this kit as a first time vinyl wrapper. I just watched a few videos and then sanded the hood smooth, primed it, painted it, and then put the vinyl on and it adhered great. This kit does NOT have all you need. I highly recommend magnets. Even with two people the magnets are necessary. You also need a heat gun. I didn't use any of the plastic tools included, but then I just did the hood. The squeegie is excellent as are the gloves. There are replacement squeegie covers which is really nice. I'd say leave out all the plastic tools, bump up the price 10 bucks, and throw in 3 or 4 magnets and this would be a perfect kit. BTW, you NEED a heat gun of some sort because it will make all the difference in the world to getting the vinyl to "shrink wrap" around curves, etc. And make sure you don't allow even a tiny speck beneath the vinyl because you will def see it when you squeegie it down. Vinyling my car hood really had me intimidated but it was actually super easy if you find a good video and pay attention. It took me about 5 hours to do a car hood. ... show more
