When I was younger and newer to Amazon, I used to write frequent reviews. Now life is busy, kind of hum drum and in general, the older I’ve gotten, I just want to be satisfied with my purchases. If I’m satisfied, I stay loyal to the company. I ordered this beautiful set of glass night nights, and since they were going to be shipped from manufacture, I figured it would take a few more days than usual prime. To my surprise, they arrived in under 24 hours!!! The packaging is extremely well done to protect the product. Unfortunately, despite the superb packaging, one of the drawers had a piece of crack glass. I reached out to the company via Amazon Chat and the response was extremely fast. They asked me if I wanted to replace the whole night stand or just the cracked drawer. It made sense to just replace the drawer and once I communicated that, they advised it should arrived within 7 days. That was yesterday and today I have my replacement drawer yet again in under 24 hours. This company definitely seems to make beautiful, durable, functional, affordable, quality products!!! Beyond that, they are effective and quick in communicating any customer related issues. All I can say is that I am beyond impressed by the beautiful products and the top notch customer service and of course, the super speedy delivery. They have gained a repeat customer. Kudos to each member of your team!!! Thank you for delivering impressively in every capacity!!!!!

First nightstand was shipped FedEx. It arrived with the box damaged- looks like it was speared with a forklift and thrown. Multiple broken mirrors, drawer tracks broken. Seller was prompt at sending a new replacement, I did not need to ship the broken one back - it was unusable. Received the replacement yesterday, also sent FedEx. Box had one small puncture, but the packing protected the nightstand. It's beautiful, works perfectly. I'm very glad I got it. Thanks to this seller for their wonderful customer support! Highly recommend.

They are so beautiful, but very short. Small sized. SIMPLE Assembly 2 minutes. Now the packaging lol... I felt like christmas. I spent more time unwrapping.. When I say they pack it in, yes several layers, But of course. Easy to break mirror when moved. Overall I appreciate receiving a nice unbroken mirror nightstand. If you like them, you should buy its a nice enhancement to any room...And seriouly I appreciate the packaging. I didnt have to lift it... lol i pulled the box inside, and it didnt fall apart or break anything!

I am not one to write many reviews unless I feel it will impact someone’s decision on making a purchase…. This is one of those moments….( sorry it’s long but worth it!) I already had a mirrored nightstand but it was a little too big for my room so I started to browse others for weeks. I for one, read reviews about something before I buy it to determine how others felt. The nightstand was beautiful and for weeks I thought about it.,.. so I finally said I will get it. When the box arrived it was so beat up! I instantly thought the glass might be cracked/ shattered etc…. After carefully opening it ( you can tell by the way something is packaged and shipped, if it was the carrier or vendors fault) that the carrier threw my box around and one drawer was cracked ( which I was shocked the whole thing wasn’t destroyed) so I messaged the seller and within 24 hrs I had a response that they would ship me a new drawer or refund my money. I pondered this if it was worth to take another chance or send it back…. But the nightstand is so beautiful I said to send me a drawer. The drawer arrived and it was packaged very well, so I already knew this couldn’t be broken which it wasn’t…. But, they forgot to attach the latches on the drawer…. By this point, anyone who knows me… knows I would of been livid and done with them…so I took pictures and messaged the seller again… to my surprise (im the COO for several companies so I deal with vendors all day and know how they can be)…. They responded so quickly and we’re so apologetic they offered to refund the money in full or ship me another whole unit at no cost…. If it wasn’t for the 5 star customer service they provided me with and how quickly they are to get me a new one or without questioning me and delaying the process I NEVER EVER would of taken a new one… but, I did…. Because you can tell this company cares and wants to make it right!!! I opted for another one, they were so night to ship it out in a heart beat. I received it so fast…. The nightstand was once again, packaged flawlessly and not broken! I am overall very happy even though all this occurred. This nightstand is so beautiful, the only thing you must do is place the knobs on the front because it’s already built for you… which is another huge benefit and too top it off the excellent customer service they provided is exactly why I would recommend this to anyone interested!!!
