Excellent quality. The painted finish is car-quality. The assembly screws are hex head stainless steel (hex wrench included). Unit includes two spanners (wrenches) so no other tools are needed. The casters are heavy duty with two of them having step-on locks to keep the cooler from rolling. The cooler itself is weighty and substantial. This is not so much for camping or tailgating, but would be for a porch or deck. Assembly is relatively easy but did take some time...about two hours for me anyway.
